We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped the next business day after purchase, excluding holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS.
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
At this time, we do not offer free shipping to ensure that our prices remain as fair as possible.

Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged.
Please allow up to 1 week for exchange processing.
Due to the handmade nature of our items (especially dolls and blankets), slight variations may occur in exchanged products.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the case of exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items:
All sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
